I came across this culvert and was wondering where the wing wall angles were taken from. It looks like they are at a 45 degree angle to the headwall but to the stream, it is more like 0 and 75.
Which is correct?

The recording of wingwall angles focuses on their angle with respect to the stream. So, for this crossing, if we say we are looking at the outlet, with stream left on the right side of the photo, and stream right on the left side (can be confusing...), I would say the stream left (right side of photo) is 0-15 degrees (either one would be acceptable, but leaning towards 15) and stream right (left side of photo) is 60-75 degrees (leaning towards 75).
Again, it is hard to judge this parameter from a single photo - so we would rely heavily on each set of photos (1-3 for the inlet; 4-6 for the outlet) together with the answers of the assessment team.
