    Inlet Type

    in Assessment Questions

If a structure has wingwalls, but the structure is projecting, does the inlet type of "No Bevel With Wingwalls" or "Any Bevel With Wingwalls" always get priority over "Thin Projecting"?

    RPC,

Great question. That is one I can't answer - I'll have to defer to the developer of the hydraulic capacity model we use - the Streamworks-Trout Unlimited model.

To answer the question, we will have to know which situation controls the efficiency of the inlet the most - the projecting nature of the pipe of the flow guiding aspect of the wing walls.

    I'll update when hear back.

    Thanks,

    Tom
